Romina Levin graduated in ballet and contemporary dance at the Superior Dance Institute "Maria Ruanova". She trained in tango with Osvaldo Zotto, Lorena Ermocida, Mingo Pugliese and Gachi Fernandez, among othres.
She performed at the most prominet “Casas de Tango” in Buenos Aires, such as: La Ventana, Señor Tango, La Esquina Carlos Gardel, El Viejo Almacén and Taconeando.
Romina was a member of the National Folkloric Ballet with which she toured Argentina and Japan.
She performed in the show “Solo Tango” directed by Dolores de Amo and Juan Fabri in the Buenos Aires Lola Membrives Theatre.
In 2003, she joined Tango X2 Company, performing in “Tangos Una Leyenda” in Buenos Aires, Barcelona, Verona, Bolonia, Rome, Milan and London and in 2007 she toured with the same company as lead dancer and assistant choreographer. She toured Turkey, Israel, Estonia, Poland, France and Holand with the company Tango Seduction directed by Gustavo Russo.
In 2007 she produced and choreographed the show "Tango Baile" along with Andres Linetzky.
She performed along with Claudio Villagra on the Broadway Show Forever Tango where she was casted in the lead roll and in the international festival "Tango with the Stars".
As a teacher she has taught in the Argentine School of Tango at the centro Cultural Borges and toured along the U.S. teaching intesive tango workshops.
With Claudio Villagra they were the guest instrutctors at the renowned festival Tango Fantasy on 2009 and 2010.
Claudio has appeared on major stages of the world, including Broadway theaters, the Olympia in Paris,Luna Park, Astral and Cervantes in Buenos Aires, and the Auditorio Nacional and the Teatro Bellas Artes in Mexico. He has toured throughout the U.S., Brazil, Central and South America, Switzerland, China and Japan. He also has worked with renowned orchestras like that of Osvaldo Pugliese, Mariano Mores, El Arranque and others.
Claudio's most distinguished partners have been Guillermina Quiroga, Miriam Larici, Mora Godoy, Karina Piazza, Cecilia Narova, Natalia Hills, and many others.
He has been the featured dancer in such shows as Luis Bravo's Forever Tango (in 1997) and Malambo (in 2008) as well as Tango Seduccion and Tanguera. Claudio directed and choreographed his own show, Latin Tango.
Claudio was a member of the National Ballet of Argentina and a representative of diverse dance institutions promoting tango throughout world. He has represented the government of Argentina in diverse events both nationally andinternationally.
